JAPANESE GOVERNMENT (MONBUKAGAKUSHO:MEXT) SCHOLARSHIP FOR 2018

(Research Students and Undergraduate Students)

 

  The Government of Japan (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology: MEXT) offers scholarships to international students who wish to study at universities in Japan as research students or undergraduate students, in the framework of the Scholarship Program for 2018. The applications should be submitted to the Embassy of Japan in Georgia no later than Friday, June 5 (Mon.), 2017.

  The Program Guidelines and the list of necessary documents for application are shown below. Please read carefully the Program Guideline. Any application missing any of the necessary documents will be automatically disqualified.

All the application documents will be examined by the Embassy. The applicants selected for the short list will be invited to take written examinations later. The subjects for written examinations are as indicated on the Program Guideline.

Note 3 : The 'Certificate of results of the United National Examinations' issued in Georgia is NOT considered as equivalent to the 'Certificate of passage of university entrance qualification examination' described in the Program Guideline.
