Signing Ceremony of the Project for Establishment of Greenhouse for Growing Tangerines in Autonomous Republic of Adjara

On March 22, 2022, the grant contract of the Project for Establishment of Greenhouse for Growing Tangerines in Autonomous Republic of Adjara. was signed, within the framework of Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme of the Government of Japan.
The grant contract was signed by H.E. Mr. Imamura Akira, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia and Mr. Gocha Beridze – Director of Adjara AgroService Centre.
Within this project, a greenhouse for growing tangerines will be established to contribute to the quality of the saplings and allow local production to come closer to the international standards. Grant Amount is 64,330 USD.
