Sushi Demonstration by Ambassador’s Residence Chief Mr.Takahashi

On September 13th, Chef Takahashi of the Official Residence gave a sushi demonstration at the Tbilisi History Museum as part of the Japan Foundation's traveling exhibition "Love Sushi". In front of many participants, the chef of the Ambassador actually gave a demonstration of how to make sushi while explaining the history and culture of sushi.
