On August 8, Hideki Ishizuka, Ambassador of Japan to Georgia, laid a wreath at Mukhatgverdi Brothers' Cemetery on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the outbreak of the conflict in August 2008. The Embassy also made the statement below.
