On 2 December, Ambassador Ishizuka Hideki, attended the official opening of the 12th Batumi Black Sea Music and Art Festival.
The festival is being held from 2 to 6 December 2025 under the patronage of the President of Georgia and UNESCO, organised by LYRA Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Autonomous Republic of Ajara.
