Introduction of Tea Ceremony and Japanese Tea at Georgian National Botanical Garden "Sakura Day"

On April 9th, Mrs. Imamura, spouse of Ambassador of Japan Mr. Imamura Akira, held a tea ceremony demonstration and introduced the tea ceremony to the visitors at the "Sakura Day" held at the Georgian National Botanical Garden in Tbilisi. Mrs. Danelia, director of Tbilisi National Botanical Garden, tasted Japanese tea and experienced Japanese tea culture. A Japanese tea tasting was also held for the audience. Afterwards, Japanese Ambassador to Georgia Mr. Imamura and his wife planted Sakura trees at the Botanical Garden.
