JOB OPENING (Secretary) (The acceptance of the application has ended.)

Main Duties:
・Manage scheduling and arrange new meetings and appointments
・File and update contact information
・Draft letters, receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, email, or in person.
・Undertake occasional receptionist duties
・Handle communication with Georgian authorities and the diplomatic corps and other relevant organizations
・Assist organization of Embassy events
・Bachelor's degree or above
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English (Additionally, good command of the Japanese language would be an advantage)
・Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
・Solid command of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
・Solid understanding of Georgian society
・Cooperative personality and positive attitude
Full-time employee position to begin from February 2023
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:45 (Lunch time from 13:00 to 14:00)
Some overtime will be required on occasions; overtime allowance to be calculated at an hourly rate as stipulated by the Embassy
Salary: Complied with the provisions of the Embassy
There will be a trial period for 3 months.
