Signing Ceremony of the “Project for the Provision of Secondhand Fire Engines in Sachkhere and Dedophlistskaro Municipalities”

On March 15, 2024 the grant contract of The Project for the Provision of Secondhand Fire Engines in Sachkhere and Dedophlistskaro Municipalities was signed, within the framework of Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme of the Government of Japan.
The grant contract was signed by H.E. Mr. ISHIZUKA Hideki, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia and Head of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Subordinated State Entity - Emergency Management Service, Mr. Teimuraz Mghebrishvili.
Within the project, two fire trucks, one for each municipality, will be equipped with the necessary fire engine equipment to ensure the safety of local residents. Grant amount is 67,274 USD.
