Opening Ceremony of the "Project for Provision of Garbage Collection Truck in Dmanisi Municipality"

On April 12, 2024, the opening ceremony was held in Dmanisi Municipality, for the Project for Provision of Garbage Collection Truck in Dmanisi Municipality. The opening ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Japan, H.E. Mr. ISHIZUKA Hideki; Head of Dmanisi Municipality Council, Mr. Paata Kuliashvili; Mayor of Dmanisi Municipality, Mr. Koba Muradashvili.
Within the project, the garbage collection truck was purchased to ensure the timely collection of waste for protecting the environment and public health in 14 villages of Dmanisi Municipality. The project was funded within the GGP Grassroots Human Security Grant Program (GGP) of the Embassy of Japan. Grant amount 95,864 USD.
