On September 10, Ambassador Hideki Ishizuka participated in the Batumi Black Sea Music Festival (supported by UNESCO) held in Batumi at the invitation of Eliso Bolkvadze, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Culture, and gave a stage address at the gala concert on behalf of the guests.
