On June 3, Ambassador Ishizuka delivered a speech at the launching Ceremony of the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Book Pilot Implementation in Adjara. This initiative, implemented by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), aims to enhance healthcare for mothers and children by providing a continuous health record from pregnancy through early childhood. In his remarks, the Ambassador highlighted the project as a symbol of the strong partnership between Japan and Georgia in advancing health and social welfare.
