Opening Ceremony for the "Project for Establishing Laboratory for Honey Testing in Ambrolauri Municipality"

On July 9, 2024, the opening ceremony was held in Ambrolauri Municipality, for the Project for the Project for Establishing Laboratory for Honey Testing in Ambrolauri Municipality.
The opening ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. ISHIZUKA Hideki, the Ambassador of Japan Mr. Papuna Margvelidze – State Representative in Racha Lechkhum Kvemo Svaneti Region; Mr. Aslan Saganelidze - Chairman of Ambrolauri Council (Sakrebulo); Mr. Zviad Mkheidze - Mayor of Ambrolauri; Mr. Irakli Javakhishvili - Head of the Board of N(N)LE Agro-Service Consulting and local beekeepers.
Within the project, laboratory equipment was purchased for honey testing in Ambrolauri, which will enable to provide laboratory examinations and provide quality certificates, for enabling more competitiveness of 120 beekeepers and for promotion of food safety in Georgia. Grant Amount is 82,252 USD.
